Business Transparency: How we operate?
As a small UK business, we handle every order ourselves — no dropshipping. We curate what we sell, pack orders with care, and stand behind everything we ship, so you receive exactly what you ordered and in the condition you’d expect.
To spread our logistics across two continents, we hold our best sellers in stock in both the UK and our warehouse abroad, managed by our co-owner Russel in Hong Kong. Less common products are sourced on demand from suppliers we trust, which keeps prices fair without warehousing slow-moving stock. Your order ships from wherever it’s in stock and closest to you — so the dispatch time shown on each product listing tells you whether it’s ready for same-day dispatch or needs a little extra time before shipping.
We also pride ourselves on providing the best customer support possible. When you contact us, you’ll always be speaking directly to one of the three people who run this business — no automated bots, no outsourced call centres, just real help from people who know and love the products we sell.

PREMIUM-BAUART

Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.9 / 5 from 54 reviews.
Amazing keyboard, I'm extremely satisfied. The seller proved to be very courteous and helpful; the only drawback was the long shipping time.
Great experience buying from OZO Keyboards. Jake was outstanding throught the entire process as we faced some issues with Irish customs.
Great board! I like it :)
Tracking for the package was excellent and the keyboard arrived in pristine condition.
Very high quality and sturdy construction of this keyboard!! I love the deep and thocky sound from the combination of switches and plates. I highly recommend it!!!!
The keyboard is really good, but I found the Rye switches to be too light for me. After swapping them for the MMD Princess V4 linears (hand lubed), and after replacing the stab wires, the keyboard now sounds and feels amazing. Also, this might be a QC issue, but there's a creaking noise when squeezing the top and bottom case parts against each other. Nothing major, but can't seem to figure out where the noise is coming from. The battery life is amazing. I've been using the keyboard with the included 2.4 GHz dongle and so far (2 weeks) haven't had to recharge it. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Evo75!
Sounds and feels amazing while typing. Built quality is great. Quite heavy if you plan to transport it around, between work and home.
Arrived in excellent time, in perfect condition - communication was first class ( I changed my mind a couple of times) , they were very helpful and quick to respond.....I highly recommend this seller. Thank you 🙏
Awesome unboxing experience. Great typing feel, build quality and typing sound! This is my new favorite keyboard!
I received the keyboard and I really like it. The sellers responded quickly to my emails when I had questions. I’m very satisfied with the purchase.
The keyboard is awesome. Best looking, sounding and feeling mechanical keyboard I've used, a huge upgrade from the GMMK I've used before it. The only issue was shipping, way slower then stated. I even paid extra for the express delivery 3-8 days. Ordered December 10th, received December 29th.
I’m honestly mad I can’t put more than five stars. The keyboard is perfect in every way! Nice rounded corners and curves, perfect weight, impeccable color, great keycaps and amazing sound. The ball-catch mechanism is quite tight which is amazing because it means there is no chance there will be any kind of rattle or ping when typing and the top frame fits snugly. The price tag is a bargain as well for what this offers! I want to stand on the service of these guys though. Simply amazing. Communication all the way, nice, helpful and friendly. Reassured me it would arrive on time and they actually did all they could for that to happen, considering this is a holiday season with tons of parcels on the move. And to top it off, when I opened the (carefully packed) parcel, I was confronted not with one but with three (!!!) gifts. A protective case, a cool mat and a coiled cable… and you can see the care they put in the order from the picture because the cable color-matches the keyboard!! Regardless of wether they promise gifts or not, going above and beyond with the quantity and putting the extra care to color-match, (which is honestly a detail many would just not care about) says a ton about the owners. I have honestly, never been treated this nicely by any other company and I cannot recommend these guys enough! Thank you!
Perfect and great communication
Arrived well packaged, in great condition. The keyboard is awesome!
It’s good
It was a bit awkwardly packaged (outer box fully wrapped in tape), but the keyboard is great :)
Amazing keyboard and incredible sound!
really good keyboard! it's sooooo good
Great keyboard
Perfection service !
Order came fast, keyboard was in perfect condition with everything exactly the way it was meant to be. All the needed accessories to help me change anything and a few spare items incase anything breaks, the keyboard sounds incredible and would definitely buy again
It was a smooth process and getting help from support was swift.
I was not acquainted with the process of ordering these custom keyboards. So there was some catching up on my part to do. But Jake was very patient and helpful. Delivery was very fast and the keyboard was well packaged. Absolutely blown away by the quality and heft of the keyboard. Loving the experience of using this beast of a keyboard. Everything about it screams premium, solid structure and lovely thunky key strokes. Thanks so much. A bargain at £150.
It's a great keyboard, beautiful, great package, great sound, everthing. I'm very happy
Great keyboard! Really creamy noise!
Keyboard is stunning.
The best Keyboard I ever had.
I bought a Keychron Q1 Max from another supplier and the experience was awful. It was so buggy, it missed and repeated keys, nightmare. Sent back, got multiple faulty units, yuck. Did a bit of research and found Ozo, sent a few messages to them on their chat, got great responses from super helpful people, bought the Evo (for 50 odd quid less than the Q1) and man, what a difference. Beautiful aluminium body, great look, great caps, great sound. Perfect. 100x better than keychron. I have replaced the switches with jades, but even the stock switches were good. Would 100% recommend this board and even more so Ozo.
the keyboard is heavier than expected, but otherwise it looks and feels in every way amazing.
Excellent keyboard. It’s extremely sturdy and precisely engineered. It’a joy to type on this keyboard.
Been eyeing this keyboard and it arrived safely and well packaged. I’ve been enjoying using it ever since and it fits perfectly in my workspace.
Absolutely thrilled with this keyboard! The whole transaction was smooth, fast, and hassle-free from start to finish. Shipping was quick, everything arrived in perfect condition, and the keyboard itself exceeded my expectations. It feels great to use, looks fantastic, and the quality is excellent. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase and would definitely order again. Highly recommended!
Highest quality keyboard I ever had. The case is made well. The switches fell well lubed. Stanelizers are desently lubed. I can't say much about the keycaps because I changed them. The keyboard I was using befor had connection problems it got stuck in the connection mode selection, but the evo75 uses a switch to change between the connection modes so it doesn't have such problems.
Pre-ordered ISO but then decided to change my mind and get ANSI. Staff were so helpful changed my order without issue and was dispatched next day. Received order a few days later and it’s amazing. Can’t recommend the keyboard enough and the helpfulness of the team was top tier :)
FANTASTIC! very high quality, sounds amazing
GOATED, TYSM
Great keyboard, very pleasant color, and the switches are to die for. It took quite a bit to be delivered, but the customer service has been great with communication along the way. Definitely would recomed to buy from OZO Keyboards.
Really nice board for the money, great service from OZO
Love the sound on it! It feels nice and weighty as well very premium
