OZO Keyboards Shipping Policy

1. Fulfillment & Dispatch Procedures

At OZO Keyboards, we use multiple fulfillment models. The "dispatch time" is the period it takes for an item to leave our facility or our supplier's warehouse. The total delivery time is Dispatch Time + Transit Time.

2. Shipping Charges & Transit Times

Shipping transit times are calculated from the moment your order is dispatched. All weights are standardized to Kilograms (kg) for clarity. All prices are in Great British Pounds (£).

Will I need to pay any taxes or tariffs as an EU or US customer?

All parcels are shipped as **Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)**, meaning all applicable import taxes, duties, and tariffs are paid by OZO Keyboards before the shipment leaves the UK. This ensures a smooth delivery process with no unexpected charges upon arrival. If you do incur any issues or unexpected charges, please contact OZO Keyboards for immediate assistance.

How much longer does it take to receive a Pre-order parcel?

For Pre-orders, please allow an additional **2-3 business days** to the dispatch time frame, as this is the period required for us to submit and confirm the order with our supplier or manufacturer. The total shipping process (Dispatch + Transit) may require the general 5–10 days mentioned on the product page, but the initial internal processing is 2-3 days.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@ozokeyboards.com. We can update the address for **Ready to Ship** items only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order is with the courier, we are unable to change the delivery address.

How do I know if a product is "Ready to Ship" or a "Pre-order"?

The status of a product will be clearly stated on the individual product page. If it is a Pre-order or Group Buy, the expected dispatch schedule will be highlighted during checkout.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. To prevent fraud, we may validate your payment details and verify personal information. We reserve the right to cancel any order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent activity.

While we strive to provide the most accurate pricing information, errors may occur. In the event of a mispriced item, we may contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. We have the right to refuse or cancel such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and charged.
