1. Fulfillment & Dispatch Procedures
At OZO Keyboards, we use multiple fulfillment models to offer a wide range of products. The "dispatch time" is the period it takes for an item to leave our facility or fulfillment partner. The total delivery time is Dispatch Time + Transit Time.

This guarantee applies to both Ready to Dispatch and International Fulfillment orders.

Will I need to pay any taxes or tariffs?
No! All parcels are shipped as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning all applicable import taxes, duties, and tariffs are included in your order price. This ensures a smooth delivery process with no unexpected charges upon arrival. If you do incur any unexpected charges, please contact us immediately at info@ozokeyboards.com for assistance.
How much longer does International Fulfillment take?
International Fulfillment items ship directly from our overseas fulfillment facility. Dispatch typically takes 5-10 business days, after which the standard transit times apply. The total delivery time varies by region but generally ranges from 6-16 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
What if I need to change my shipping address?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@ozokeyboards.com. We can update the address for Ready to Dispatch items only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order is with the courier, we are unable to change the delivery address.
How do I know if a product is "Ready to Dispatch" or "International Fulfillment"?
The fulfillment status will be clearly indicated on the individual product page with an estimated delivery timeframe. During checkout, you'll see the expected delivery date based on your location and chosen shipping method.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders marked as Ready to Dispatch placed before 6 PM UK time Monday–Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed after 6 PM or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day. International Fulfillment orders typically dispatch within 5-10 business days.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email from info@ozokeyboards.com. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery progress.
Why are shipping costs different for different weights?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Heavier packages cost more to ship internationally. All prices shown include full DDP coverage, meaning there are no additional fees when your package arrives.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verification or information (phone number, address) before we accept an order. To prevent fraud, we may validate your payment details and verify personal information. We reserve the right to cancel any order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent activity.
While we strive to provide the most accurate pricing information, errors may occur. In the event of a mispriced item, we may contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. We have the right to refuse or cancel such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and charged.
