We use multiple fulfillment models to offer a wide range of products. Total delivery time equals dispatch time plus transit time.

If your order hasn't arrived by the expected delivery date shown at checkout, email us at info@ozokeyboards.com and we'll investigate. This covers both Ready to Dispatch and International Fulfillment orders. Automatic store credit for delays is no longer offered.
5. Frequently asked questions
For most destinations, all parcels ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — all import taxes, duties, and tariffs are included in your order price, so there are no unexpected charges on arrival.
Exceptions: Ukraine and Israel. Customers in these countries are responsible for any import taxes or VAT levied upon delivery. If you're elsewhere and unexpectedly receive a customs charge, contact info@ozokeyboards.com immediately.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We don't publish fixed rates because carrier pricing changes frequently. Rather than raising listed prices, we absorb increases into our margins where possible — you'll always see the exact cost before confirming.
Orders to Northern Ireland are dispatched via Yodel. We can't generate Royal Mail labels for Northern Ireland through our current platform. Delivery times are the same as mainland UK and you'll receive a Yodel tracking number once dispatched.
Items ship from our overseas facility with a dispatch time of 5–10 business days, after which standard transit times apply. Total delivery generally ranges from 6–16 business days depending on region and shipping method.
The fulfillment type is shown on each product page along with an estimated delivery timeframe. At checkout you'll also see the expected delivery date based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Ready to Dispatch orders placed before 6 PM UK time, Monday–Friday, go out within 24 hours. Orders after 6 PM or on weekends ship the next business day. International Fulfillment orders dispatch within 5–10 business days.
Yes — once dispatched, a tracking number is sent to you from info@ozokeyboards.com.
Contact us immediately at info@ozokeyboards.com. We can update the address on Ready to Dispatch orders only if the parcel hasn't been collected yet. Once it's with the courier, address changes are not possible.
6. Order acceptance & pricing
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. Additional verification may be required before an order is accepted. To prevent fraud, we may validate payment details and personal information, and we reserve the right to cancel orders where fraudulent activity is suspected.
While we strive for accurate pricing, errors may occur. In such cases we may contact you for instructions or cancel your order with notification. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel mispriced orders whether or not payment has been taken.
