My keyboard arrived in perfect condition after 2 weeks of waiting and I couldn't be any happier with it. There was an issue initially with the provided status tracker not working but after I emailed support it got fixed immediately thanks to Jake.
I changed the keycaps to ones I already had. I love the lighting effect this gives. The sound for this keyboard is wonderful.
Awesome keyboard really love the sound of it
I bought this keyboard through OZO as part of a group buy, so I got it at an amazing price. Due to being a group buy it took a little longer to get the product, longer than I first anticipated to be honest. But Jake kept me updated throughout the whole process and the updates were very much appreciated. As soon as I felt the box I could not believe the weight of it, I knew this was going to be a quality product. It took a little while to switch over all the UK keys, but as soon as I got it setup and started typing I fell in love with it. The sound is nice, although a little getting used to, it just feels so good to type on, I feel like I'm faster as well. Highly recommended, both the keyboard and OZO.

How should I begin? The classical "I love this keyboard because it's awesome" doesn't cut it, so please let me expand. I'm an aspiring writer. I type. A lot. Therefore, with my birthday coming some day soon(TM) I decided to be good to myself and buy a proper instrument for my purported trade. There are no words to accurately describe how happy this keyboard (Evoworks Evo80) makes me feel. The keys work as intended, they're thocky and soothing, my typos have decreased for some reason, and now I also have additional real estate for my cat to lay around while I'm writing. The keyboard does have one detail I don't like, though, and that is the south-facing RGB. The light flows around the keycaps and I, at middle age and fond of working in a low-light environment, see them fuzzy and out of focus. Not a deal breaker but annoying enough to be noticed. As a potential solution, I have bought side-printed keycaps (still waiting for them to be delivered). I hope this works out for my eyes. Despite this tiny detail, I love my new keyboard because it's awesome.
Honestly it was amazing, loved it. After leaving the hobby in 22 the products have changed massively in quality. I will 100% be returning to buy more. My only suggestion are: maybe in check out just let the customer know where it was shipping from, the estimated shipping date is appreciated however I was thinking that the product was in the UK and not on HK. Now the shipping time from HK was incredibly fast and the tracking was brilliant and since I was used to waiting over a year in certain group buys or shipping kits from china by ship which would take 4 to 5 months so the 2 week delivery is more than reasonable. Thank you very much.

Apart from not getting any news for 10 days, everything went smoothly.
The keyboard is good looking, pleasingly heavy and easy to take apart. It also has the nicest sounding keys I think I've ever heard! Unfortunately it has been flashing a red escape key at me, which I think means there is a problem with the 2.4Gb signal as the battery indicator said the battery was still 80% full. This error isn't mentioned in the manual so I had to do a Google search instead. I've also had to take it apart a couple of times to check the connections because it refused to charge when I plugged it in. Hopefully its performance will improve as it is an otherwise really lovely keyboard.

Love the fact that we can get premium custom-like keyboard at reasonable prices.
Looks great, works great (mostly). VIA support is iffy - requires a JSON file to configure. Comes with a carrying case, keycap/switch puller, three extra switches, a braided USB-A/USB-C and a booklet that contains most info for initial setup/keys with extra functions. Bought it with the idea to change switches after receiving it because I am not a big fan of linears. Overall it's a solid keyboard and I recommend it.

Delivery was delayed due to the war in the middle East but that was understandable. Very good customer service, they were transparent about the delays and even gave me some store credit for my troubles. The keyboard sounds amazing and is very smooth to type on. It is a dream. Absolutely excellent addition to my set up. The vast variety of RGB light settings and keyboard shortcuts. Very well built. Absolutely worth the price

Best keyboard I ever bought. Amazing sound and feel, great quality.
I love the tactile feel of this keyboard. Whilst there was a delay in getting the parts, the team kept me up to date with the status, and advised on alternative colour options that would be available sooner. The bluetooth connection is consistent with the computer. The weight of the keyboard also helps to prevent slipping, but the free keyboard mat also helps with this :)
