FBB's Penguin set is for the desk that is allowed to be a little bit silly. Small, round penguins waddle across the novelty keys, the alphas keep things calm in cool whites and icy blues, and the whole board ends up looking like something you would find in a Tokyo stationery shop rather than a PC parts aisle. Japanese kana sublegends under the Latin letters finish the look, whether or not you can read them.
It is a complete 145-key kit for ANSI and ISO boards, moulded in 1.7 mm PBT with dye-sublimated printing, so the cute lasts: the penguins are dyed into the plastic, the matte surface does not go shiny, and the thick walls give each key a dense, quiet-ish clack rather than a thin tick.
